Do we offer free shipping?

Depends on your orders product. MOC categories we provide free worldwide shipping. And brick & pieces categories we do not offer free shipping service, it’s up to $9.99. 5 to 15 days to US, 4 to 17 days to all of European country, 7 to 19 day to Australia, 6 to 18 days to Canada. 3 to 20 days to Asia country. We do not offer delivery to countries other than these countries.

What’s the policy for VAT?

European VAT is already been included in our price. Other countries customs duty are not included.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?

Depends on weight of your order(brick & pieces categories), MOC is worldwide free shipping.

What if I don’t receive my package after a long time and the shipping status has not been updated for a long time?

We will arrange a reshipment if you don’t receive your package after 45 days(start from the day of the tracking information get online).

For missing or damaged parts, we will send them to you for free.
