The processing time will be taken 2 – 5 days.

What if I order a part list that is currently 95% successfully matched? Should I just wait for it until it turns to 100%?

I would suggest you order as soon as you can if the match rate is over 95% because the inventory of each item changes every few minutes, which means if you wait for A item may be B item turns out of stock when A is ready.

I missed some pieces I meant to order. Is there any way to combine it with my existed order before it ships?

All our orders are customized services and once the order has been generated then it will be processed to the sorting step and it will require much extra manpower and communications if we are required to add extra pieces to the previous order. So we don’t take any requirements about adding extra pieces into processing order.

What to do if my order is missing pieces?

We accept one replacement request per order without a time limit.
